Huntington’s disease (HD) is a chronic degenerative disorder that causes movement abnormalities, cognitive deterioration and affective disturbances. The Huntington Clinical Self-Reported Instrument (H-CSRI) is the first clinimetric patient assessed scale for patients with HD. It was originally developed and validated for France and Italy and then for Spain. The objective of this study is to adapt and validate the H-CSRI for US.
